Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

1. We ship countrywide (India) through registered courier companies for all our orders.
2. All our domestic orders are shipped within 1-2 working days. 
3. You will be notified with the tracking details once your order is shipped.
4. Shipment/delivery time, of the order processing starts from the day of receipt of the payment confirmed against the order placed with Suaasi. The shipment /delivery time is an approximate time mentioned by the courier company against each product. Suaasi  shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond control of The Table Fable.

6. All duties, taxes and courier charges for international shipping shall be borne by the customer. Suaasi is not liable to pay any charges, duties or taxes for International Shipping.

     **Please note that Weekends and Public Holidays are not considered as working days for shipping & deliveries.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At Suaasi, we offer our customers a convenient, hassle-free, return pick-up Policy. Our Policy is thoughtfully designed to ease up the entire pick-up process, save time and make you feel reassured about your order.

In case of damaged, defective or wrong product received, you can raise the return request by sending an email  to mansitanwar@gmail.com within 48 hrs of receiving your order. 

The return pick up will be arranged in 2-3 working days.

CLAIMING REFUNDS

For Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking Transactions:

  1. As the charge on your credit card / account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorised the payment, we will provide a refund into the original mode of Payment.
  2. In the case of refunds, banks normally take up to 7 business days to process a refund once it has been successfully initiated from our end.
  3. Refunds will not be applicable in case a customer has self-shipped the item(s) and the package is lost in transit.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) Transactions:

  1. Refunds can happen via transfer into customer’s bank account.
  2. Refunds to bank accounts shall be processed within 7-8 business days.
  3. Refunds cannot be processed to third-party bank accounts. The name of the customer initiating the refund should match the name of the bank account holder.
  4. Cash Refunds are not allowed for COD orders.
  5. Refunds will only be initiated after we have physically received the returned shipment. Refunds will not be applicable in case a customer has self-shipped the item(s) and the package is lost in transit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. After having placed their order, customers may cancel their order only if the order has not been dispatched yet. We do not accept any cancellation on orders after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.
